LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND LOCAL ENERGY INVESTMENTS
While cities and local governments all over the world determine the living space of people, they are taking greater responsibilities to improve the quality of life. In our country, many municipalities and local enterprises are carrying out studies to reduce carbon emissions through renewable energy investments and to make cities more livable. These movements are also establishing different relationships with the Renewable Energy Cooperatives, which are established and implemented by local residents.
The main theme of our conference series this year is the renewable energy investments made by local governments in our country and the relationships they have with Renewable Energy Cooperatives. Especially with our guests from different countries, we will have a chance to observe the work of transnational local governments in this field.
